  • 11 oz log of Plain Couturier Goat Cheese
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • 1 puff pastry
  • Olive oil
  • Ground mustard
  • 2 large sliced omatoes
  • Place the puff pastry in a baking dish
  • Spread the mustard on the bottom of the pastry
  • Cut ten slices of of the Couturier log
  • Alternate the layers of tomatoes and goat cheese on the mustard and add a drizzle of olive oil, salt and pepper.
