Tomato & Goat Cheese Tart

  • 6 round slices of Couturier Plain or Chive & Onion log OR 6 Soignon Medallions
  • 1 pizza dough
  • 4 tablespoons fresh cream
  • 4 slices of smoked salmon
  • 1/2 Granny Smith apple
  • lemon juice
  • chive (optional if using Chive & Onion goat cheese)
  • Cherry tomatoes

  • Chop the chives.
  • Cut the smoked salmon into strips.
  • Unroll the pizza dough, then spread the cream and sprinkle with chives. 
  • Divide the 6 slices of goat cheese and the slices of smoked salmon.
  • Bake for 10 minutes at 350 ° C
  • Cut the apple into thin pieces, pour the lemon juice over it.
  • At the end of the oven, add on the pizza seasoned arugula, cherry tomatoes and apples.
